[postgis-users] Database Design

Hi all,

    I know there is a similar question on the air, but, is there any GUI tool to design a PostGis database?. I have tried dbdesign, but i can save on database because some sintax problems ( as UNSIGNED, SERIALs,..) which Postgis doesn´t understand... And, of course, forget about geometry columns ( it doesn´t try to add it with addgeometrycolumn). So, is there any other tool?
