[postgis-users] 1.3.3 Pre-Release Notice

OK, I'm going to roll out 1.3.3. Solaris will have to be tested post
facto... I will set up a Solaris VM here so it's easier to do,
unfortunately it will be testing Solaris-on-x86, not solaris on
sparc64 or something interesting like that.
