[postgis-users] Win32 Installers for PostGIS 1.3.3 now available

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that the Win32 installers for PostGIS 1.3.3 are 
now available from the Refractions website. I've also uploaded the 
PostgreSQL 8.3 version to Stackbuilder, so it should appear on the 
mirrors soon. Note that since there is no automatic upgrade script, 
StackBuilder users will need to uninstall their existing version before 
1.3.3 can be installed.

Please report any issues to the lists/bug tracker as normal.
