[postgis-users] variant documentation paths, 1.3.4 works on NetBSD-current

I am updating postgis to 1.3.4 (from 1.3.3) in pkgsrc. It seems the
names of installed docs have changed, and I made the inverse change on
updating to 1.3.3. This seems to be a change in the tarball, given the
date on the postgis.html. While I prefer the single file, it seems
something in the tarball creation environment might need tighter
control.

I am about to commit:

The good news is that 1.3.4 passes make check on NetBSD/i386
sort-of-current:

PostgreSQL 8.1.15 on i386--netbsdelf, compiled by GCC gcc (GCC) 4.1.3 20080202 prerelease (NetBSD nb1 20080202)
 Postgis 1.3.4 - 2008-12-10 23:18:14
   GEOS: 3.0.2-CAPI-1.4.2
   PROJ: Rel. 4.6.0, 21 Dec 2007
