[postgis-users] support only 1 db for mapping??

guys,
question about the 1 kick-ass db in

since most postgis shops got 1 db for all their geom and non-geom
needs, is it ok to tell the support guys "if you go with postgres over
oracle, you'd only have to sweat about supporting 1 db"?? at the most
2-3, although i don't see how.
