[postgis-users] Upgrading to Postgresql 8.3

Well I should have searched the archives a little more thoroughly to see 
that this was already discussed several times quite recently.  But I 
should say I did follow the procedure below and all seems to have worked 
out.  The only thing I didn't do was uninstall 8.26 just in case.
