http://yum.pgsqlrpms.org

is the yum repository for PGDG PostgreSQL RPMs and other PostgreSQL
related packages, including PostGIS.

See "Yum Howto" page for configuring your system to use this repository.
You'll install PostGIS in less than 5 mins.
