exportSQL v3.2 does a really good job at this (Access VBA Macro).

If I recall correctly, it did not work out-of-the-box and I tuned it a 
bit to suit my needs and to correct some things that had changed in 
postgres ('DATETIME' -> 'TIMESTAMP', E'...' escape-strings...)

I think you should give it a try though !
