[postgis-users] newbie question: PostGIS and .NET?

Have him take a look at SharpMap.  Its got .NET drivers for PostGIS and other layer types.

It works for both ASP.NET and windows .net apps.

For PostgreSQL you have Npgsql that support PostgreSQL queries
