[postgis-users] Cutting a Polygon into Pieces with maximum Vertex number

Hi, all,

I now have an basic implementation of this functionality in plpgsql,
which I post here for all those googlers who might have the same
problem.

I'm not shure whether it is in shape for committing, yet.
