[postgis-users] using ziggis to edit postgis-data

Yes, you may edit with zigGIS.  Please follow the instructions in the
readme.txt file that's included with the download.  Most users having
editing problems usually don't realize you must select the features
first and then mash the edit button on the zigGIS toolbar.
