[postgis-users] Building shp2pgsql-gui - French instructions /shp2pgsql frontend using gtkdialog

Hi Regina,

AFAIK shp2pgsql-gui depends on GTK 2.8.0 / Pango

If you have outdated libpango already installed, you can not compile GTK
2.8..

(GTK relies on pango)...So that's the reason why in my own instructions
I've used CFLAGS and LFLAGS ;)
