Hi Neil ;-), did you try to graphically visualize your PG data with eg QGis? Your screenshot shows that you are using PGAdmin to display the data. However, if WKB gets very big or complex, PGAdmin tends to display a blank field, though data is actually present. HTH Wolfgang
