[postgis-users] Postgis witjh postgresql 8.1.11

Hi
does anyone know of any problems with postgis in postgresql 8.1.11 ?
I'm using postgis 1.3.1 in postgresql 8.1.11

uname says:
Linux lead 2.6.24-gentoo-r4 #1 SMP Sat Apr 5 18:42:58 SAST 2008 i686
Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.40GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

The reason I ask is that Gentoo's package management system (portage)
wanted to downgrade postgres to 8.0.15...
I assume this is because postgis was tested by the gentoo maintainers
on postgres 8.0.15 only, but I'm a bit concerned that there may be
some problem they spotted in the 8.1 database.
Can anyone confirm that postgis 1.3.1 is actually totally stable in
postgresql 8.1.11  ?
