[postgis-users] Import geometry problems

Hello,

I created a sql-file with shp2pgsql from a ArcGIS-Shapefile with linestrings.

Some datasets compromises long strings in the geometry field (> 5000 characters)
After the import the geometry is blank, others fields with a shorter
string are filled.

I attached the sql-file, (the geometry looks strange but these are bus
routes in the rural area !).
The first dataset doesn't work, the second one does.

I've created the files with windows but also with linux - same result.

Any explanations, suggestions?
