Not quite. It would make sense to have the dll included by default as a
contrib file like the others in the PostgreSQL releases I guess. Not sure
we need a stackbuilder for it though since we would never include installing
R in there.

Hi Regina,
Does this mean that we now finally have a one-click installer for
PostgreSQL, PostGIS and PL/R combined? I have been looking forward to this
for years!
