[postgis-users] FW: [Plr-general] Compiling PL/R under VC++ 2005

Does this mean that having the dll included in the Windows distribution 
of PostGIS would enable us to install PL/R without much further ado? I 
still would prefer an installer that gives us the choice of installing 
PostgreSQL with PostGIS, PL/R or both.
