[postgis-users] Defining new spatial system

Dear,

I need to define new srid/spatial referent system: TM projection, 16.5 East
central meridian, false easting 500000, scale factor 0.9999,
datum ETRS89, ellipsoid GRS80.
Can you tell me how to do it
