[postgis-users] Problems with populate_geometry_columns in PostGIS 1.4.2

Hello

When I try to exec populate_geometry_columns(), like:

select populate_geometry_columns();

I get the following message:

ERROR:  invalid input syntax for integer: "(2::smallint"
CONTEXT:  PL/pgSQL function "populate_geometry_columns" line 75 at
assignment
PL/pgSQL function "populate_geometry_columns" line 52 at assignment

********** Error **********

ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "(2::smallint"

I never had this issue with PostGIS 1.4.1. Is there something I'm doing
wrong?
