[postgis-users] PostGIS/PostgreSQL - error in creating table

Database "being accessed by other users" it seems may also refer to pgAdmin
III itself. When you start it and login to the DBMS, the template_postgis
shows a red X. That is when you ought to use it as a template. If you click
it instead, the X disappears and the db is opened.
