Yes, but in your tutorial you know what row of srtm_tiled table need
to use to get the result shown in
http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/attachment/wiki/WKTRasterTutorial01/WKTRasterViewOfVectorizedTile.gif

That was the row with rid=3278. Using different srtm files, you can't
use the same queries.

BTW, in my case, the site asks for user/pass
