sorry, one more question: 
Does this service support pgRouting? i.e. is it possible to use Routing 
capability via pgRouting component or just postgis is available?

You can a year of Amazon AWS for free:

OpenGeo has an AMI you can use:

That combination might give a free platform for testing for a year.
