Hi,

I guess you should not write directly on topology schema using create
table, and insert directly.

You should create a second schema where you could create the tables and
insert into.

Please I don't say that this is the reason of your bug, I don't test it,
because I guess this is a bad practice.
I guess the topology schema should be writeable only with the ST functions.
