[postgis-users] View PostGIS raster in mapserver

C:\..\ms4w\tools;C:\..\ms4w\proj\bin;C:\ms4w\proj;C:\ms4w\Apache\cgi-bin

but shp2img: 
shp2img -m C:\..\itasca.map -o C:\temp\shp2img.png -l kommune_r
returns:
msProcessProjection(): Projection library error. Permission denied
msFreeMap(): freeing map at 00721FC8.
