To connect to postgis database you must copy libraries from padmin client to the bien folder where you installed arcgis (for example C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Desktop10.1\bin) :


·libeay32.dll, libiconv-2.dll, libintl-8.dll, libpq.dll, and ssleay32.dll pour votre windows 32 bits

·libeay32.dll, libintl.dll, libpq.dll, and ssleay32.dll  pour votre windows 64 bits

Hello Robert

please be aware that zigGIS was discontinued (the posted links are
very old) [1].
In any case, the source code has always been around [2] and I think it
should be quiete easy to adapt it to work to latest ArcGIS versions.
