[postgis-users] How to install Postgresql + Postgis 2.0 on Ubuntu 12-04 LTS

If you don't need installing from source, here is what I did to set up a
server (I found this on the web but don't have the link handy right now)

        sudo apt-get install python-software-properties
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:sharpie/for-science
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:sharpie/postgis-stable
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install postgresql-9.1-postgis2

This gets everything in place, you'll need to configure PostgreSQL and
create spatial database after that.
