Hey/Salut,

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osm2pgsql
osm2pgsql -s -U postgres -d nameofdatabase
/file/path/toosm/fileorpbf/name.osm

Ca devrait marcher même si l'utilisation sous win à par l'air d'être idéal.
