[postgis-users] looking for a public well known maven repository for postgis-jdbc 2.1 and later on versions

Baris, we're just unwashed innocents abroad. I know maven exists and
does something useful in principle, but getting things onto "public
repositories" etc, is way above my paygrade. Please, do whatever the
"right thing" is, in this situation.
