[postgis-users] problems with 2.1.2 and new databases

The "scripts" version works fine - running just the first 3 scripts in my
setup.

Also, I believe that there's an error on the doc page: the script locations
appear to be wrong for the topology scripts - those scripts are just located
in the /share/contrib/postgis-2.1 directory now, not under /topology (at
least on my machine).
