[postgis-users] To correct Exterior Rings

You can also do the same trick, but reverted.
This time use buffer (positiv), buffer(negativ).
This should suppress the error in exterior ring.

I have to say this kind of filtering is not ideal to correct geometry ...
You would probably need a more serious way of cleaning you polygon .
