[postgis-users] Trouble inserting coordinate values

Hi Evan,

Try using ST_MakePoint [1] to build a geometry. Furthermore, you may
need to also use ST_SetSRID [2] to establish the SRID for the
geometry.

insert into Customers (Coordinates) value
ST_SetSRID(ST_MakePoint(-89.58124, 44.10570), 4326)
