[postgis-users] rasterize vector table postgis

hello

i would to rasterize a postgis vector table in database (postgis 2.1)
i didn't undersand how to use the sql function:* ST_AsRaster*

my vector table is like this:
recharge (
  gid serial NOT NULL,
  recharge double precision,
  geom geometry(MultiPolygon),
 )
