[postgis-users] How can I update proj4 without recompile

1)
Not totally sure.

I downloaded the gz, then did the following:
- unzipped the gz
- went into the folder
- ran ./configure
- ran make
- ran make install

And that is where I stop understanding what I am doing or how to test the
installation.
