[postgis-users] postgis-2.5.0.beta

Mostly an FYI but I have successfully built postgis-2.5.0beta on rasbian
stretch with postgresql-11beta2, geos-3.7.0alpha, gdal-2.3.1, proj-5.1.0
The only minor issue is the postgis  ./configure requires the
--with-pgconfig=/usr/local/pgsql/bin/pg_config flag to see the postgresql
installation.  Since this is the default, shouldn't it find it?  It finds
all the other packages.
