[postgis-users] Error on PostGIS

I have tried but not getting this file. Kindly let us know, where we have to get?

Can you check that development headers of proj are actually available, looking for proj_api.h in your file system?

PostGIS 2.2 is End of Life. Current release is 2.5.2.
GEOS 3.3 is End of Life. Current release is 3.7.2.

Verified PROJ.4 already installed my machine . Kindly let us know go to overcome this issue.
