[postgis-users] Error when installing postgis30_12

[/dev /local/ca]

OS: *CentOS Linux release 8.1.1911 (Core)* (fresh install of OS and
Postgres)

*When I run:*

*#dnf install postgis30_12*

*I get this error:*
