[postgis-users] No means for serving topojson in PostGIS as a service to desktop application users

There appears that there is no means for serving topojson in PostGIS as a
service to desktop application users.

It appears that topojson has to be produced individually, and saved as a
disk file.

It does not seem that topojson can be served like any other data in PostGIS
as a service to desktop application users.

Is this right?
