[postgis-users] "postgis-3" extension in PostgreSQL extension list of pgAdmin

Doesn't matter where pgAdmin is run you'd see the same issue since it just reads the extension tables from the server.

If you do the query 

SELECT * FROM pg_available_extensions;

I suspect you'll see two and they have different default versions.
