[postgis-users] "postgis-3" extension in PostgreSQL extension list of pgAdmin

Minor correction / addition to the below specs: PostgreSQL runs on a VM
with Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS as OS, pgAdmin4 is run from a Windows 10 machine.
