[postgis-users] shp2pgsql not present

Hi,
I recently migrate from Centos 8 / Postgres 12 / Postgis 3.x to Ubundut LTS 20.04, postgres 12 and Postgis 3.1 with this guide : https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to-install-postgis-on-ubuntu-linux/  (apt install postgis postgresql-12-postgis-3)
The command shp2pgsql is not present and I don't find package with this tools. How can I install shp2pgsql.
Today the version of postgis and postgresql-12-postgis-3 are 3.2.
