PostGIS 3.4.3 is not yet available on Debian, and it hasn't been announced
on the pgsql-pkg-debian mailing list [
https://www.postgresql.org/list/pgsql-pkg-debian/2024-09/ ] either, where I
can also see the details for debian+ubuntu.
For example, the Postgis 3.4.2+dfsg-1.pgdg+1 update announcement contains
information for both Debian (bookworm, bullseye,...) and Ubuntu (noble,
mantic, lunar, jammy, focal).
https://www.postgresql.org/message-id/E1raeuw-00BHqF-A6@atalia.postgresql.org
I'm expecting a similar announcement for PostGIS 3.4.3 as well.
In other words, I monitor the "pgsql-pkg-debian" mailing list,
and I usually see the updated packages within an hour after the email is
sent.
