Can't upgrade to PostGIS 3.4.3, not listed by apt as upgrade.

Ah, thanks Imre, that clears up the confusion. I am not to familiar with 
apt and the release processes of Debian / Ubuntu packages, but since 
everything else seemed fine, and 3.4.3 was announced here in the PostGIS 
list and visible in the repo, I falsely assumed that it should already 
be fully available for Debian / Ubuntu, and that something might be 
wrong with my local apt cache (although commands like 'apt list -a 
postgresql-16-postgis-3' seemed to confirm the current situation, and 
other apt commands reported no issues as well).
