Hi,

I found workaround for my application so I will not work on this problem
soon.

For somebody who would like to implement it, I will recommend the
following way:

Compare +proj=<def> option and, if they are equal, project several
points (each projection type can have its own subset) and compare
results using predefined (but user-configurable) exactness.

In case there will be need to improve comparision speed, projection
signature can be created. Projection signature should include projection
type and projected coordinates (already rounded to the certain exactness).
