[Proj] converting using epsg codes

Hello,
I have to transform coordinates from
UMT/SAD69 to LL/WGS84

I tried:
cs2cs -f '%.8f' +init=epsg:29184 +to +init=epsg:4326 <in.txt > out.txt

But the output is not reasonable at all.

What am I doing wrong here?
