[Proj] GTX format

Hello,
thanks for link to GDAL library. Works awesome. I have formatted my data to
Arc/ASCII.

Even parameters DX DY instead of CELLSIZE work perfect despite I did not
find these parameters on ESRI site
http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/arcgisengine/java/GP_ToolRef/spatial_analyst_tools/esri_ascii_raster_format.htm.

So process was quite straightforward. My ASCII ->(python) Arc/ESRI ->(gdal)
