[Proj] GTX format

Hello,
I only checked GDAL format document.
http://www.gdal.org/frmt_various.html#AAIGrid. There is note about DX and
DY. So I used it. I do not if it is some history issue or GDAL extension. I
belive in GDAL library it is writen correctly.
