[Proj] Transformation of rotation

Hello,

a simple plane rotation theta can be done using the following
formulas for each point:

xx = x*cos(theta) - y*sin(theta);    // xx after, x before
yy = x*sin(theta) + y*cos(tjeta);    // yy after, y before
