[Proj] Proj-5.0.0 cct path to gridfiles

Steve,

I have looked into this a bit further and I still don't understand what's going on. Can you describe in more details how you've compiled and installed PROJ? I need a complete walkthrough of the commands you've issued to come the conclusion that cct doesn't find the grids.

Thanks for the replies.

Yes, setting PROJ-LIB works as a temporary fix.

I've uploaded the cs2cs and cct strings, grid files and a couple of
coordinate pairs. In a bit of a hurry this morning.

The cs2cs one works fine, the cct one has the above error, but works if the
full path to gridfiles is given.
