[Proj] local inertial to GPS coordinates conversion

Hi,
How  I would compute the Geo/GPS coordiantes from the inertial coordinates
using the following proj string?
+proj=utm +zone=32 +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs
is this projection string enough to compute the local inertial coordinates?
