[PROJ] CRS for small Island (Saba), conversion of known projection and transformation parameters (Trimble) into proj4 string

I have tried the CRS based on the advise given see screen shot below.
Allthough this seems to work when I try a test coordinate, QGIS replies that
the proj4 definition is not valid after I press the "OK" button.
any advise in this?
